Modes (Pro)
@vectorstream/pro brings two tools to the toolbar. They are no part of defaultToolbarEntries();
mitProWerkzeugen(entries) puts them behind cut and difference (keys H and J), proWerkzeuge()
returns just the two entries. The other tools are described on Modes.
| Name | Key | Class | Does | Label(s) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cut-circle |
H | CutCircleMode |
Cuts a dragged circle out of everything it covers | cut-circle |
difference-circle |
J | DifferenceCircleMode |
Cuts a dragged circle out of the selected faces only | difference-circle |
cut-circle and difference-circle — a circle as the cutting shape#
Circle variants of cut/difference: same carve, same "only at the boundary" rule, same
difference-is-a-filter behavior — but the shape comes from a drag, not from clicked vertices.
Press at the center, drag outward, release, exactly draw-circle's gesture: round on the map (the
radius is measured with the map's aspect at that latitude), Shift held draws an ellipse
instead, Escape aborts the drag.
cut-circleremoves the circle from everything it covers.difference-circleremoves it only from the selected faces. Without a selection, the hint asks for one first, but the drag itself still starts normally — a circle dragged anyway is rejected on release: there is noEnterto retry here, so dragging a fresh circle is the only way to try again.
A released drag never keeps its shape around for a retry the way the clicked ring does: cut/
difference keep the drawn ring in place after a rejection so Enter can be pressed again once
the selection is fixed; these two always start fresh.

32 |
Number of polygon sides approximating the circle. An integer from 3 to 1024; otherwise the constructor throws RangeError. Same meaning as DrawCircleMode's option. |
